RC3 follow-up note — third known issue

This note is the write-up of the third known issue referenced from the 2026.09 build notes, the one that was still open when the notes were last updated.

Issue TELEM-2231

Telemetry 1.9.0 drops the queue-depth counters when the workspace id is longer than 64 characters. Everything else in the payload is unaffected; the counters simply come back empty for those workspaces.

Workaround

Rebuild with --reset-counters. The counters are emitted normally after that. A fix is queued for telemetry 1.9.1.
